Our return policy:

 

Not satisfied or wrong size? No problem! Follow the steps below to process your return correctly and quickly:

1. Registering your return

Within 7 days of receipt, send an email to instylishh@gmail.com to register your return. These emails will not be answered.

2. Sending your return

  • Fill in the A4 return form completely (included with your package).

  • Pack the item together with the form in its original packaging.

  • Make sure your return is back with us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Nearby? You may also return your item in person, by appointment.

Return conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, clean, smoke-free, unwashed, etc.

  • Original labels and packaging must be present.

  • Jewelry and accessories can only be returned if the plastic packaging is unopened.

  • Sale and discounted items cannot be returned.

 

Refund

Does your return meet all conditions and has it been received on time? We will then refund the full amount to the account you used for payment within 14 days of receiving your return.
